I ordered a breakfast platter which consist of two eggs, bacon home fries with onions and a bagel. When I received my food and I opened it up, I saw big sliced potatoes with dried up onions definitely a lot what I was looking for. I went back to talk to the owner and he told me that this is the way he’s been making home fries for the past five years, which is a lie. If you’re looking for home fries do not go to Hot Bagels. Also, his customer service was not nice. He’d rather receive a bad review than make the customer happy.

Hot Bagels is a gem in the area, offering a delightful selection of bagels reminiscent of those found in New York City. The standout feature of Hot  Bagels is their extensive assortment of bagel flavors, all freshly made every morning. Pair these with a variety of cream cheese flavors, and you have a winning combination. The bagels and the spread were delicious.  The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Hot Bagels in East Stroudsburg has an outstanding range of bagels and spreads, akin to what you might find in New York City.

Took entirely too long for 3 simple bagels. Only two people were waiting in front of me when I ordered, but it still took 20 mins for me to get my order. There seemed to be a lot of confusion behind the counter as well. Maybe it's a one off, but I'll stick to other places. Also has gotten way too expensive. $19 for 3 bagels and only one had meat/egg

What a great bagel shop needs to be. Great variety, perfect bagels if you like them soft inside and just the right light crunch outside. Quick and friendly service. Of course, timing is everything, and if timed right, you may get them freshly baked.Food: 5/5

Ordered three bacon eggs and cheese sandwiches and was overcharged, waited over 30 minutes for my order to just be sitting on the side getting cold and no one called it out. When I actually got the sandwiches there was barley any egg and one had no bacon on it… terrible service

The bagels are great. The food is good. As a result, there's usually a long, slow-moving line. Parking and access to those spots is horrendous.Food: 4/5

I don't know what it is about this place but it usually disapoints. Two out of last three times I ordered a pork roll and cheese, with spicy mustard on a bially and got egg on it. I always emphasize NO EGG but 66% of the time it is screwed up. Also, they have posted the price for sandwiches and one choice is the bially. NOWHERE does it say there is an upcharge but there is one. Just be up front so I can make an informed choice. No napkins anywhere and they put one in the bag which is never enough. They are only game in that immediate area so unfortunately I have to go there but they need to step up their game. Their coffee was pretty good.

Been going here recently and only once did they ever do my order right. The one women maybe younger not the spanish or tall women She is very rude. They charge you an extra $2 for extra cream cheese which is basically mandatory because they barely but any on. I asked for extra cream cheese I open my bagel the bottom half had basically no cream cheese.

Best place for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwiche . Definitely call ahead , they get really busy in the morning. My favorite is a turkey bacon egg and cheese on a Kaiser roll with a hash brown inside. Highly recommend. The owner is super nice and the workers are extremely fast and profesional. And they have delicious blueberry muffins. My go to spot. Thank you.  Parking: Parking could be a issue but usually is not.

Ordered a blt and cream cheese bagle i dont know how you mess that up but they did how you forget to put tomato on a BLT? It's literally in the name and how you mess up a cream cheese bagle is also beyond me on top of the 2 shreds of lettuce on my sandwich, i havent had great experiences with them in the past but it was never anything major but to mess up something as simple as what i ordered today is beyond me definitely will not be returning here
