I wanted to make some healthy changes in my life and fit relaxation into my busy schedule. Whether you’re female or male the Hot Haus Spa has it all.  I am a mother of two children.  I am an athletic and active individual.  I understand the demands of a full-time job and raising a family that loves sports.  I have been a Hot Haus Spa client since it opened its doors to the Wausau, Wisconsin community.  The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, professional, and it is conveniently located in Rib Mountain. There’s a large range of treatments with reasonable prices.  I have had pedicures, spa soak, tanning, and full body massages.  Invest in yourself and get away from the hustles and the stress of life.  The Hot Haus Spa is worthwhile and you will feel better and boost your immunity and moods.

I have seen Sabrina 3 times & she is great.  I had a shoulder impingement & my doctor told me that I would need physical therapy.  Sabrina worked on my shoulder & yes, I was sore.  However, I have not had any problems since :)  The building is clean,quiet & reasonably priced.

Owner is rude.  Pedicure and manicure ,facial was horrible. Left with wet nail very bad experience. Will never go back. After massage I was lost no one told me where to go or what to next.

These reviews are right on the money - The Hot Haus Spa is not what is used to be.  My last visit was very uncomfortable - the massage therapist kept telling me to relax and acted like I was being uncooperative.    I felt she was either very inexperienced or else just not a people person.  After my massgae I had to stand at the front desk for over 10 minutes while they ran my credit card.  Apparently they have dial up and only one phone line so if someone calls at the same time they are running a credit card - it does not go thru.  In the meantime I had 3 people standing behind me probably thinking that I had no credit on my card.  It was embarrassing!  Also -  I was asked in front of the therapist of everything was OK and how much I wanted to give for a tip.  You could not discreetly write it on the receipt - which I feel is tacky.  All in all, - I won't be back.
