Fantastic service and friendly staff. This place has some of the best burritos I have ever tasted. The only downside is sometimes they are understaffed but that is not a problem, I am a patient person. Would recommend if you want a good burrito.

Love the food. Flavor is just as expected. Problem is that if you want to go in and eat and have a conversation you are out of luck. The music is so loud, you can barely hear the servers across the counter, let alone your own thoughts.

The staff in the evenings are all very young, and don't seem to care too much about anything.  There's one employee who busts their butt to do a good job.  Fajita veggies are hardly ever available in the evenings when we go, and they're not being cooked, either, to replace the empty container.  Food is always cold, too.  Making it hard to return, which is unfortunate, because we really DO like the food.

Came in an hour and a half before closing, not all the menus screens were on which made making a decision hard when we didnt know all that was offered, was also disappointed to see half of the steam table was empty, half of toppings my mom ordered were empty and we'd have to wait for them to make more. (Let me add that there were only 3 people besides my mom and I, but they had long ordered and were sitting and eating. Basically it was not  busy and they were unprepared.) The girl running the front, did not greet us, never smiled, and acted like we were a burden to her. When she was putting out more rice, she moved a red bucket that I assume was a cleaning bucket, then went back to handling the food without changing her gloves. Probably won't return unless the customer service improves.
