I can only assume that any good review here was paid for. Not only was it the most painful pedicure I ever received, but the woman performing it almost got a kick to the face. She cut me while trying to drill off my gel color. It burned me, she then pour alcohol on it... more burning. After I jumped up and yelled , "I don't understand why this hurts?" She then began to remove the gel color like every other nail place in town. My daughter (who is 4) was also receiving a pedicure, or basically she was sprayed with water/alcohol and her toes were painted. I don't understand the lack of customer service or knowledge to complete a task in which you advertise you offer?! Disappointed and won't be back.

Eyebrows uneven missed hair on brows and lip kept having to show her spots she missed. Ridiculous. And talk about you but what they don't know is some people understand what they say. Will never go there again. I now have to go home and fix what they did. Horrible. Wish i could have left without paying. Completely unsatisfied

My name is Tanya. I have been a client of Hot Nails. For over17 years! I have NEVER had a bad experiece in this salon. Tammy & Hong are very professional and knowledeable of their art!  They go the extra mile to satisfy all their clients. The shop is clean and everything is sterilized.  Best shop in Sarasota County!

I had a terrible experience here while getting a gel manicure. It was so thick my hands looked like a had gorilla claws. I won't go back.

Prices are more then most places and they didn't do the foot massages with the pedicure. I also paid an extra $3 because I choose a color that has never been opened. Overall my nails and toes look pretty but it wasn't what I'm used too and the prices are more.
