I've been a client for over 20 years and look forward to another 20 years!! The owner, aka Hair Doctor, Ronda Marfil, is a perfectionist in all matters. My color always looks fresh thanks to Aveda products, and their customer service is second to NONE. My hair ALWAYS looks fabulous when I leave the salon. The entire Hot Shots team is professional, and make every visit special. Attention to detail is obvious from the second you step foot inside. Coffee, tea, and water always offered, not to mention the complimentary hand massage with your choice of (3 different oils every time) Aveda aromatherapy oils.

They scheduled me for an appointment same day so I was really excited because I already and a babysitter setup. However appointment was cancelled 3 hours later because of a "scheduling issue" not right away not even an hour later which I would have understood but 3 hours later. I will not make any future appointments because I can't just change my schedule. This is unprofessional and anyone with kids knows how hard it is to make time to get out.
