My husband & I purchased a Prodigy Spa. We have just had a new pool built. BUT more importantly we wanted a Spa. Not attached to the pool.For many reasons we chose Hot Spring.
1. Excellent customer care. Paul in Sarasota Florida has over 30 years experience. A truly trained  profession 
2. Water care is easy, always ready, always clean.
3. A must for personal wellness. Relieving & Relaxing massaging jets.

We've wanted a spa for a long time. So glad we bought it from Hot Springs Spa. Paul was extremely helpful in showing us all the different models and types of jets as well as explaining all the features including the filtration system. We love that we are not using chlorine. Cheryl was very helpful in placing our order even though it was her 1st week there. Well it took several weeks for our spa to arrive everyone involved from the electrician recommended by Paul as well as the delivery and set up company everything went smoothly. We are really enjoying our Sovereign Spa! We use it multiple times a day. A great investment in our well being!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Our process started about 3 months ago. We stopped by Hot Springs in Sarasota "just to look". 3 months later we are the proud owner of a Hot Spring Prodigy.  From the initial contact with Paul, who asked the correct questions to find out what we wanted or what we needed in a spa, to numerous other contacts with both Paul and Cheryl to ask questions they were both wonderful. Finally the delivery by Andy was fantastic. I can't believe  that he did it by himself.  Kudos to team at Hot Springs Sarasota  you guys were fantastic. Will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Chery and Paul were so helpful.  It was a surprise to be offered the option of bring our bathing suits back and testing the spas to see which best suited our needs.  All of our questions were answered and it was an easy decision to purchase our new spa from them.  Andy did a great job with the  delivery and set up.  We recommend them highly!

Researched Hot tubs/spas for several months prior to stopping in to Hot Springs Spas of Sarasota. From the moment we first entered the store to the final installation Paul and his staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. Paul made sure we were well educated on the various models on display and was instrumental in assisting us with our final choice. Also appreciate the follow-up phone calls to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our new hot tub. Highly recommend  this store for anyone wishing to purchase a spa.
