I worked here for a few weeks once.....all the employees had no vehicles and half the time they showed up to work late....I caught acute bronchitis and had to go into the hospital, I missed 3 days of work and 3 days ONLY.....I called to inform Perry Rodgers, the owner, that I would be gone for a couple days due to medical circumstances and I was cursed out, never got my final paycheck, and never received my subcontractors card I was forced to pay for. Horrible place to work and I have SEEN them take tons of short cuts. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I think I would let my roof fall in before I gave this man a red cent. I also noticed he likes to get on here and respond rudely to the reviews people post when they out him for treating people bad and cursing them out like dogs. I find that hilarious because he knows its true. You can look at these reviews and see it for yourself. They are all the same experience more or less.

Only gave this company a star in order to tell my experience that I have had with them. The owner himself came out and told me I had severe roof damage YET when him and my insurance agent showed up here at the same time as soon as the agent asked to borrow a ladder PERRY HAULED ASS! My agent in close detail checked my roof and had been doing this for 28 yrs and said MY ROOF HAD NO DAMAGE WHAT SO EVER. I had time invested dealing with getting a claim going and was left looking like an idiot. After reading other people's reviews on this company they shouldn't even be able to run this business!!!!!!!                                                    A FEW HOURS After posting MY REVIEW the secretary CALLS ME AND WANTS TO KNOW WHY I GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW ,, I thought I typed the situation out VERY SIMPLE ... so unprofessional of her and RUDE to call because MY bad review, I TOLD HER SHE best loose my number and she hung up🤣

Family owned and run Bussiness. Very organized and prompt. Friendly staff and great work! Overall impressed with this company.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. Perry is a belligerent ass. His secretary didn't relay the message I left correctly, so they inspected my roof without me being there. Called me and said it would be a couple hundred for the inspection. When I explained that they were actually not supposed to inspect it in the manner they were thinking and they were not to have looked at it until I could speak with him, he called me every name in the book. Cussed me out from one end to the other. I hung up on him and he actually called me back and continued cussing me and calling me names. I did need my roof replaced. If he would have been nice he would have gotten my business...Instead, Freet roofing is now my go to guy for my houses. Run fast and far from Hot Springs Roofing.

Horrible customer service guy screaming on the phone...my money for my new roof is going somewhere but not to this place. Your customers pay it bills..you treat them with respect...worst experience ever....do not recommend
