The clerks were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for but I got advise on other places to find it. I appreciated that I want sold something I wasn't looking for. The store is very welcoming, clean, and organized. I will certainly return to shop here when the need arises.

I would give this place no stars if possible I called early in the morning to ask about a product being in stock and staff member was so confident that it was and come to find out it hasn’t even been received. You had one job and that was to check inventory using your inventory system.

the people working there are amazing. Although I have never seen the same people over and over again they are super nice. I never feel like i am being followed they are a trusting store and because I look really young people tend to treat me differently than my actual age, they are super nice an nonjudgmental. Great hot topic. one of the first I have been to with awesome people
