If I had to pick one thing I love about this store it would be the customer service. All the employees there seam to actually want to help customers. ...They also have an awesome selection of otaku gear.

Tell my why employee P, Henry 124785 made us go to our car to get our id just to purchase a small $6 keychain? This is the mall. We had to walk all the way back to our car in order to get him to swipe our card. This moron didn't do it to the people in front of me and they had shirts, jewelry along other things. I'm positive he did it for the hell of it. He had this nasty attitude with us. Not to mention he claimed a transaction couldn't be completed without getting our full name, number, address and name. I regret not walking out when I had the chance. You work to earn my dollar. I shouldn't have to bend backwards for you.

I love hot topic. The employees are always nice to me and they always ask if i need help finding anything. They are very nice. I would recommend it to friends and family. The only thing is they are very expensive.

Normally I would give 5 stars but how come I talked to an employee yesterday about a item I wanted to see if they had it in the store. She tells me yes then I ask if they have it on sale like they do online and she tells me they will honor the price they have listed online. So go in today the next day get it and the guy ringing me up says that he doesn’t do that and he doesn’t know who told me that.
