I cannot recommend Hot Tub Discounts highly enough. We happened on them somewhat by chance as we are not in the area. Andy took care of us and took the time to really give us a good idea of all of the different choices. He was able to help us get to the right spa at the right price. They delivered when they said they would, and the gentlemen they use for delivery were really good at what they do. Absolutely no troubles with getting the tub set in place and they helped make sure our electrician could do his hook up. I ordered chemicals a couple weeks later and everything arrived in one day. I cannot be happier having found a business I feel like I can trust.

We purchased a hot tub over a year ago best investment we ever made! The father and son team are very helpful and do not pressure you at all. We purchase chemicals about every three months- prices are very good. I would highly recommend this place!!

I spent many months looking for the right hot tub for my family.  We would attend expos, have salesmen come to the house, and conduct online research.  We ultimately chose Hot Tub Discounts not only because the spas looked and function great, but because of the service we received at Hot Tub Discounts.  Other companies have "quick" salesmen who give you the price of their spa "today only" and make you make a rush decision off of a secret spreadsheet they have in their notebook that gives you the "deal of the year".  In actuality they are extremely expensive, overpriced, and their limited warranties are very limited.  At Hot Tub Products all of their spas have their sales price directly on the spa and they are very open and honest between the models.  They have an elaborate showroom that has over 10+ spas that are turned over frequently for you to dry or even wet test.  I have not found another one like this in all of CT.  We opted to purchase a custom spa with cabinet, shell and cover choices.  From initial visit to delivery we had our spa in about 5 weeks.  Joe, Kyle and the rest of the team were a huge reason why we purchased from Hot Tub Discounts and we are very happy with the service we received.  We look forward to visiting back frequently to purchase our chemicals!

I purchased my hot tub through Hot Tub discounts almost two years ago.  They are always available and helpful with questions I have.  I recommend this company for hot tub products as well as spas.
