Went to Hot Wok today to share the experience with my brother who is visiting from out of state. I already knew that the food was good. However, I did not know that the service was completely unacceptable.  There was not anything pleasant about the cashier as far a people skills are concerned. When my order was ready, she practically threw it out the service window, walked away and slammed the little plastic door. I was so embarrassed.  The other customers were customers were looking at me like "what the heck!" Bad service is a deal breaker for me, no matter how good the food is.  I choose to not to spend my money there.  Sad....

Used to order from here as they were the only Chinese delivery for my area. They were no where near the best in town before but they now set the bar for the worst food in Lawton. Spent around $50 on an order only to receive food that was beyond bland. Had to refry and season nearly everything I ordered. Do not order from here.

Ordered Szechuan Chicken and Mongolian Chicken and it was mostly vegetables and sauce..  hardly any chicken. And the rice was like uncle bens box rice. I could do a better job at home making this “Chinese Meal”
