Not one but two hairs in two separate meals. first and last time I will go to this place the customer service was great they were fast they were nice but this was disgusting finding two separate hairs!! no they were not mine or my daughters hair we are all Red and blonde

I've been coming here for over 20 yrs now. The food is above average. I have seen this family franchise send their kids through college from their restuarant without any give back to the community. Now, they have outside help from the cooks, to the delivery, to the front customer service In the evenings. I'm not here to disregard this establishment but, the Neighborhood CSR in the evenings is an Undercover hateful person! I have came in and heard her  cursing out people after a phone conversation under her breath and also do not care about her service to others from my observations. People becareful with you food from thos person after ordering.

I ordered the House Special Chow Mei Fun. It was drenched in that overpowering sauce. Usually it's lightly stir fried and pretty fresh. This was over cooked and the noodles were hard. Y'all need to do better with these Chinese places in the south. Up north they're way better and actually taste fresh for what you pay.

I knew I shouldn't have come here. First I had to repeat my order 4 times so they could get it right. That's usually a big red flag. I get home and I only have half my order of steamed dumplings. Called the store and they said they only make batches of 6. Well then explain to me how my container had 3. The store pretty much said that's my problem. I told them I won't do business with them seeing how they don't have any honor to their customers. They said that's fine which tells me this is a common occurrence. Don't give them your money and hopefully another shady business will have to close their doors.

I have been ordering from here for over a year. I've been totally satisfied until tonight. I called for delivery and the lady who was obviously not Chinese had the worst attitude. She hung up on me the first time and when I called back I got nothing but attitude. I ordered over $50.00 in food, she ran my credit card and then said it would be a 2 hour delivery time!!! Why in the world would you not let me know that when I said delivery? She proceeded to be very rude and say she has other customers to take care of..... really??? I will never order from here again nor do I recommend anyone deal with rude people who are supposed to be there to help you.. .. it's called Customer Service in case anyone forgot. I'm spending my money with you!!!!

It is so nice to see that this restaurant is not cutting Corners with inflation and a post covid issues like all of the other restaurants. The egg rolls are amazing and the food is always hot and fresh. It's a shame that everybody that has left reviews is nitpicking and not giving this restaurant the credit they deserve. Think about the restaurants that you're eating in right now and the portion sizes and how it is not the same at post covid. So when you eat here next time think about these homemade egg rolls that you are not getting anywhere else and the wonderful chicken and Chinese dishes that taste nothing like others and other buffet Chinese restaurants. Compliments to the chefs LOL

The actual food was just okay, however the cream cheese wontons and egg rolls were terrible.  They were extremely tough, like leather.  Not enjoyabe at all.  Maybe they had been sitting there for hours or something but they need to learn how to make these properly.  Just went there again and when I ordered on the phone I mentioned the problem we had with the egg rolls and won tons last time and how tough they were.  She said they were probably over cooked and would mention it to the cook.  SAME PROBLEM again.  I would maybe order the food again but NEVER the won tons or the egg rolls.

Fresh crispy & very tasty fried chicken. The chicken and brocolli was great! The sauce on the meat & vegetables compliment the rice beautifully. The french fries are crunkle cut and are cooked to perfection. Never over cooked and too brown or hard and crunchy. The fries are always soft with a toasted crunch upon the first bite.

It's Chinese food. It's always welcome in my house, but holy cow is it getting more and more expensive everywhere. Over $30 for an entree, and lunch special, and dumplings.Food: 4/5

HORRIBLE!!! We called in an order for delivery like we usually do. Waited over an hour and the shrimp fried rice was left out of our chicken combo - easy fix right? WRONG! We called to let them know, after being extremely rude they said there is no way they left the rice out of the box. We told them the chicken was in a bag, not a box.. they told us to bring it up there so that they can see it!!!! They were EXTREMELY RUDE, we will NEVER order there again!
