Come in to our hot studio and let us help you and take your yoga practice to a new level. We practice several types of yoga in a room that is heated to 95-100 degrees.

Story

HYK feels that the strongest aspect of any studio is the relationship between student and teacher.

Our mission is to enhance our participant’s ability to be stress free and accomplished at work, home and in all aspects of life, by providing a world-class fitness experience.

Our studio is an inviting workout experience, driven by a desire to maintain personal balance as well as improve core strength.

HYK not only represents a place where participants receive the highest level of training available, but also an opportunity to be a part of a unique community of like-minded Yogi enthusiasts, both in the gym as well as socially throughout Cobb county.

Been doing yoga at home for awhile (YWA - Yoga With Adriene - she's so cool) and moved into the area and decided to try something new. The intro student special is a steal especially with the quality teachers there. I didn't know what to expect but certainly nothing to what I am experiencing now. There is a good feel to the place. Not trendy or commercialized. Many different types of yoga practices with teachers that are very intuitive and spiritual. Newbies welcome. All levels. And I hesitate to tell you about the savasana process cause then classes may start getting crowded. Yeah. You'll have to come to find out. Support your local yogi's, your body, mind and soul will thank you!

I had never taken a hot yoga class before and was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it because of the heat. However, the heat in the room is gradually increased so you get in a good sweat but it's not too overwhelming. The instructor was fantastic and gave different options for the yoga positions to accommodate beginners and more advanced students. Overall the studio was very clean, the people were very friendly and it was a relaxing place to be. I will definitely be going back.

The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. They do everything they can to work with you and make sure you are getting the most out of your yoga practice, no matter your skill level. Multiple classes at different times make it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

New to yoga, they made me feel comfortable. Great instructors and many choices for classes.
