Ive just watched Hotel Hell! I have never dropped so many tears watching a video! You both are so hamdsome! Great you both made the hotel successful again! You guys deserve it! Keep going! Someday i will come and stay there :-D greetings from the Netherlands! :-D

Delightful hotel!!  We were traveling without reservations and lucked in to the Hotel Chester.  Quaint, clean and wonderfully located downtown.  This is an older hotel that has been kept up beautifully. Rooms are smaller, but very well appointed.  The morning breakfast was cooked to order and served in a lovely dining room.  We had a great experience.  The staff was attentive and professional.  All in all, a very nice way to spend an evening.

I just watched the Hotel Hell, this episode has made me very emotional, couldn't even hold my tears dropped down.  hope you are doing great now. Thanks to Gordon, he has done excellent job till the end. hope to visit you there in near future :) best wishes from Sweden.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Very friendly and helpful staff who were always more than willing to fulfil our needs. The rooms were spacious but cozy at the same time and of course the food was excellent as well. Would highly recommend Hotel Chester and will definitely be back again!
