Loved Hotel Indigo! It is a very clean hotel with tons of beautiful local artwork. The staff was very friendly. There are lots of restaurants nearby, however they have their own restaurants which serve delicious options. The kids and I enjoyed the outdoor pool. If you want to enjoy El Paso, this is the place to stay!!!

Nice rooms, super friendly staff except for one front desk person named Violet I asked about an additional charge on my card that was not listed on the receipt and she just told me that's the way it is until they say otherwise and that's how all hotels are. I've worked in a hotel for a year at the front desk and I can tell you that this is not true. I just wanted to know why this charge wasn't listed on my receipt at check out. I Asked to speak to a manager and she told me you too bad they're not there and and hung up on me. I had a good experience but I probably won't go back because of that one person.

The hotel is clean, well appointed with terrific, comfortable beds. But none of that matters when it's the middle of the night and it sounds like Pitbull is shooting a music video right in your room. The hotel lobby plays host to local parties at a disturbingly loud volume and the party moves upstairs to guest rooms. No one in our party slept during our stay. If you can't sleep in your hotel room, what's the point? The manager was also rude and dismissive when the issue was brought to her attention.

Hotel Indigo is a really nice hotel with a friendly staff. Went the other day to check out the roof top bar and pool and the view was amazing. There is often events going on such as yoga and the pool is a really nice temperature. Definitely worth checking out.

Honestly, the food is not that great. At best, its average but you pay above average prices. Its a beautiful place and can be very romantic. Seriously, the food needs to be better.
