This hotel is always comfy and very cozy. The lobby is modern and has friendly staff to greet you. Also there are good options in the hotel. The rooms are modern with comfy beds, and high quality linens. Overall I enjoy staying at this hotel regularly.

Decor is a very nice gray/stone color, consistent throughout. Looks a lot better than this description. Beds are pretty good. Bathroom is very very nice--stone wall, shower has separate controls for both pressure and heat. No bathtub in our room, and towels were a bit small, though. Would choose for another stay, if was in area again. Location is about 2 blocks away from the Commons; fairly convenient.

Great hotel! Rooms all seem updated, right downtown so you can walk to a variety of restaurants. The attached restaurant is reasonably priced. The best part of this place is the bed. It is the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.

My wife and I stayed here while in Ithaca for a concert at the State Theatre. Though our executive king suite on the 7th floor lacked a few amenities that we have come to expect in this price range (jetted tub, kitchenette, continental breakfast, ample free parking, to name a few), the room and the hotel were exactly what we needed for this particular trip. Simply put, we needed lodging within walking distance of the theatre (check - less than 5 minutes!), a room with an upscale feel (check!), dining options within the hotel (check - Max's Classic Grille), and all of this at a reasonable price (check!). Given all of this, Hotel Ithaca will get strong consideration for our place of lodging the next time we return to Ithaca.

We stayed in the newly renovated North Tower, and it did not disappoint. The beds were a little high off the floor for us short folks, but the rooms were comfortable and spacious and the amenities were just what we needed. Parking is just across the street, which is convenient for a downtown location.
