A great place to stay! The rooms and atmosphere are superb. The prices were better than the other local hotels we explored. The history of the building itself and it's rooms/walls make it worth a stay on it's own accord. However, it's location in the heart of Millersburg and short drive to Berlin make it that much better. A shout out to Jim and Trisha who made the stay even more enjoyable and educational.

Beautiful hotel! Victorian style, so adorable! Had a very large room with a comfortable bed. The manager, Leslie, a super nice lady! The restaurant had really good food. We were close to the quilt shops and even had access to our own sewing room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you love quilting or just for a pleasant trip away.

Lack of competition allows hotel to charge more than the hotel deserves given available room size and amenities. Restaurant was understaffed on Sunday morning to point we waited 20 minutes for coffee and 1.3 hours to receive food. Then waitress brought 1 meal and explained they had run out of the other meal(biscuits and gravy).

A memorable experience. It was refreshing to stay in a historic hotel that has retained the old feel. The room was nice and plenty big but certainly not the size like a modern hotel. We enjoyed the coziness. The staff was very friendly. It is easy to get caught up in the feeling that it is haunted. However, we never experienced anything, yet it does have a "feel" of the possibility, but in a good way. We enjoyed the restaurant and also going across the street to visit other restaurants. A nice place to stay. Spent a total of 3 nights and hope to visit again.

Lovely building, wonderful hospitality. Don't expect anything too modern. This historic landmark is a nice place to visit off the beaten path. Don't worry, it still has cable and wifi. This is a great place to visit if you get the chance.
