Extremely nice hotel. The staff are extremely helpful. Very opulent lobby. Excellent restaurant. The rooms are very comfortable. Easily the best hotel for your value in Monterrey.

The reception staff is horrible. The people can do a good job much like Camino Real. Guess training is inadequate

Didn't stay there, but it appears to be in a good location because it is in front of a big mall and next to very nice restaurants and bars. If you want to enjoy your stay in Monterrey this is the closest place to the Plaza Fiesta San Agustín mall

Well we went to the restaurant for my sister's birthday and it was such a nice environment and the food wa awesome i really liked the service
