A small boutique hotel built in 1917 that still retains much of it's original charm. Located in the heart of downtown Prescott a half block from the Courthouse Square with many restaurants, bars, whiskey row, galleries, antique shops and year around events.

Stayed here for a wedding back in April.  What a delightful experience.  The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfy.  I love the fact that you can go out on the top porch and hang out there relaxing.  They have a small bar to order from and they are very accommodating to special requests. Great owners and staff!

Beautiful historic hotel.  Central location,  walking distance to great restaurants and shops.  Staff is super friendly and establishment is very clean .  I always stay here. Prices are reasonable.

The hotel is as historic and quaint as you'd expect but still maintains modern amenities. The rooms are decorated in antique decor. We stayed in room 17 (next door to haunted room 16 - no ghost experiences ha), only downside is room is on front and right above the restaurant next door - Barley Hound - can be noisy until about 10. We had an original clawfoot tub which was nice. Great staff and cool bar downstairs. We had a great time and would come again.

Love that they have a bar with a long front patio to enjoy. Great vintage rooms close to Prescott galleries, bars, restaurants and antiques.

Stayed here overnight to go kayaking at Watson Lake. Was so impressed with the size of the room! (King suite) The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Excellent proximity to Whiskey Row. Can't beat the glass of wine on the porch! Definitely would stay again!
