Friendly Receptionist, our wait time was great and once in the exam room within minutes Dr. Hougeir came in. Super Nice, he was great with our teenage daughter. Made her feel comfortable and talked & asked her all the questions. He listened and took the time to explain the treatment plan he had in mind. Thank you All for providing Great Customer Service!

This is the kind of doctor everyone needs as he will listen to you & answer all your questions & not cut you short. He is very concern with your problem plus his kindness & a very good doctor. He has took cancer out of both legs & they both heeled great & look Beautiful.

Great doctor. Amazing staff. Very friendly! Highly recommend if you are in the Douglasville , Villa Rica area.

The wait time at this office is ridiculous!!! My appt was at 10:40 I got there at 10:20, didn't get called to the back until 10:55. At 11:00 Nurse asked me a few questions and said the doctor will be right in. Doctor didn't come in my room until 11:43. Every time I come here, I'm usually there 2 hours more than I have to be. No matter how early you come prior to your appointment they still take forever in calling you to the back and once they do you're still in the patient room for another 45+ minutes before the doctor even comes in. They don't apologize for their horrible lack of time management. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!! If you go anyway make sure your whole day is clear lol
