dropped off about 2 or 3 shirts per week, 2 of the shirts' collar was ruined I'm guessing due their lack of skills or "cheap" chemical stuff they use to get the sweat out!
the shirt was new, wore it once and dropped off the next day!
no refund & no apologies!  kept on saying it's not our fault, it's the sweat?!  and she did mention that I should buy a better shirt?! wt
JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,  surely I'm not the only one who went through something like this at this store!
writing this right after I got back from it, and I did take back the shirts that I dropped off while picking up my shirt they ruined!

I dropped off my daughters wedding dress april 25, and today, on july 31, i called and they haven't even started it yet. I dropped it off the day after the wedding so no stains would set, and they hadn't even done anythign with it!! Horrible experience- I hope I can get it cleaned right now.
