I placed an order for a bodysuit, size Medium, and The bodysuit won't even go up my thigh. Item was not as described. It's more like an extra small.  How can you do custom outfits without any measurements? I have reached out to this boutique on several occasions, via email and phone calls. No answer and no return emails. Now I have to dispute this with my bank! Very poor customer service. Would not reccomend ordering anything from this merchant.

The worst company ever.  U place an order and it comes 4-5 weeks later. Fits 2 times smaller and items order never even received.  Worst on line company don't waste your time and money.

I placed an order on September 10th. Weeks went by and I did not receive any information regarding my order. On September 23rd, I called, emailed and texted them. They do not answer any phone calls by the way. I got a response to my text saying my order will be shipped on Wednesday. Of course Wednesday came and nothing happened but I waited patiently till Friday. I contacted them again but this time, no response. I called, no answer. I texted, no answer. The following Monday I contacted them again, no answer. A week and half later on Wednesday I texted, no answer. I've called once every few days and received no answer. At this point I had to dispute the transaction with PayPal. Their customer service is terrible and just the way they do business overall. Here's a company that just takes your money and doesn't deliver product. You place an order without knowing how long it'll take. The item description DID NOT specify the number of days for processing/shipment. That's why I contacted them to find out, which I shouldn't have had to. If you try to comment anything about your order or being upset under their Instagram photos, they delete your comment. They have 1 positive 5 star review on Google and its from the owner! Lol. That will definitely be reported to google. Nonetheless, this is definitely a company you do not want to order from. They are TERRIBLE!! I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well!
