This curmugeon of a guy reluctantly answers his phone and I explain that I'd like my dishwasher installed. Before I could continue, he interrupts to tell me that he's about to retire and wont take on (as he put it) "complicated and difficult" projects.
What a joke! I guess if you need a nail hammered into a block of wood, he might be able to help. I want my three minutes of cellular talk time back and the option to select zero stars.
