Wow is the food great in this kitschy German restaurant. The place to go when you're visiting kenosha. Pot roast, goulash, schnitzel and other classics. Family friendly with great beers on tap.

My fiance and I tried House of Gerhard for the first time. We didn't need reservations and we're seated right away.  The waitress was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs.  We both ordered medium rare steaks and they were cooked just as we asked.  We also got the potato pancakes which were delicious.  I think there are other places that have better steaks for that price.  I would be willing to go again, next time to try some of the authentic German food.

Good German food and great service. Nice little bar for an after dinner drink or while you wait for your table

Excellent German food & service. Our server Sally made excellent recommendations. Will definitely be back for Oktoberfest!

The food was average to me. But to be fair I am a picky German eater. I expect the food to be as good as I make it at home. I was born and raised in Germany.
