Awesome home town shop. They got me the flowers I needed the same day and were very professional.

Not professional. Rather gruff on the phone. I was calling to inquire the types and colors of flowers available for a memorial the following day. In roughly 30 seconds I must have said something taboo, because the lady began raising her voice and speaking aggressively. I asked if I had said something wrong and she got defensive, further upset and finally hung up on me. Maybe there's an unspoken law never to ask a florist to list her colors. Oh well. I called a florist in Flagstaff instead. I won't name them so it doesn't look like a plug. But the lady in Flagstaff was really nice and very helpful, a stark contrast to this lady here.

pat's house of orginals is a family owned business. they have been in holbrook many years. they not only sale flowers, but are a latte shop, where you can get smoothies, tea and good friendly service. I would recommend pat's!
