They have some of the best Macarons I've ever tasted and a wide array of flavors! I echo the other reviews that they're as good as you find in Europe. They're hand-made in-house each day by a very talented pastry chef. I highly recommend stopping by and picking up a treat.

Best dang macarons I've ever had.  Better than some pastry shops in Europe...yeah they are THAT good. The texture and flavors are pitch perfect. Each bite is pure joy.  I had these at an event and everyone from age 3 to 73 thoroughly enjoyed them. I hope they ship. I'm hooked.

House of Pastel is yet another great find in the quaint Cocoa Village District.  The chef prepares the most amazing macaroons! Their texture is perfect and the flavor profiles are wonderful (both classic and exotic).  Today she also featured this beautiful pate a choux filled with bavarian cream--my friends loved it! I can't wait to go back for more :)

I went today and I was so impressed with the flavors and the details. I wish I took pictures. Definitely going back for more,  the best macaroons ever. Thank you Lily.

Kudos to Lilly at House of Pastel who took the time to meet with us back in January and design custom flavors and colors for macaron favors for our wedding held on March 25 2017 at the Hilton Oceanfront Melbourne Beach. The macarons were delivered on time and were a HUGE hit for us and our guests and I HIGHLY recommend Lilly for your special occasion. I also sent a coworker to pick up a gift for her family last week and Lilly put together a wonderful assortment of macarons wrapped beautifully  and it was greatly appreciated by the recipients. There are many macarons in this area but none have the unique taste of the true French macaron like House of Pastel. Lilly is delightful and once you go there, you'll be back for more!
