I love the crew here. Jordan does an awesome job! Friendly crew and always helpful. I'll never forget Sammy giving my brother and I such a good deal on our piece we called the devil. She was all pink and amazing. We had her a couple years until an accident happened.

The employees here are great and aways friendly. The second they see me walk in the door they get my cigarettes pulled and are waiting for me at the register. Jordan is one of the best managers i have ever seen there.

Every time I go into this shop everyone is so welcoming. I have never had a bad experience, the manager Jordan has always helped me get exactly what i need! I highly recommend going here for your next water pipe or other various needs!

I usually go to the Milwaukie location but came in to the Oregon City location and while I was in there there was a very irate customer and we handled it very well. With a store full of customer's he delt with that angry customer and helped us with great customer service. Definitely recommended!

Went in today after being loyal customers for a year and had the WORST EXPERIENCE of any business I've been to in a long time!! Today prices went up $2 on butane costing me $10 extra total. Funny how the other stores say it's still the usual price. I guess being the brother of the store manager allows you to act like an unprofessional jerk and talk to your customers in a degrading tone. Sad to not go to a place I've spent a lot of money at.
