Rosadale Funeral Home provided such great care of our family after the passing of our Matriarch The passing of the Matriarch in our family was destined to be an unsettling and highly emotional time. We had very little direction in the beginning and were extremely nervous for what was to come in the near future. As we began to focus on making preparations to lay our beloved sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother to rest, one of the greatest blessings occurred. A family member remembered the beautiful ceremony for their father years ago, describing the care and diligence that Rosadale funeral home provided during that difficult time. With this reassurance, I contacted the funeral home at an inopportune time of the night during the weekend and spoke with Ms. Caldwell. At this in inopportune time at night during the weekend, she gave comfort and direction to myself and my family setting us on a path of less stress, and a beautiful home coming ceremony. During the initial meeting at the Gastonia location, we found the professionalism of the funeral home to be apparent. She was well prepared for our visit and made accommodations 4 additional family members that's arrived to be a part of the planning. The discussion was truly at our pace, with all of our questions answered and any questions that were not able to be answered resolved prior to our departure for the day. Rosadale Funeral Home understood that we had a high standard for the care of our loved one and they exceeded that standard. Their demeanor the entire time was one in which they new we could have chosen ANY other funeral home and wanted us to know that they appreciated us choosing them. The Johnson Family is so glad to have chosen Rosadale Funeral Home.

My mother Elizabeth Johnson went home on March 10, 2018. The staff of Rosendale were professional and made us feel like family. This time in everyone's life is so nerve racking, but not with Ms. Keisha Caldwell. Thank you.

I was very pleased with House of Rosadale, the Staff Keshia and all of the attendants were so professional and caring towards my sister and my family. We appreciate everything y'all did to make us feel comfortable.
