After the owner Jon almost hit my car and then yelled profanities at me, I have to say it was a bad experience. Brenda, his mommy, needs to wash his mouth out and teach him to be aware of kids in earshot that really don't need to hear such things after teaching him how to drive.  I thought Catonsville was a family, he needs to take his whitetrash mouth back to rt 40.

They are seldom there; do not bother to answer their 'phone, take forever to accomplish anything, charge high prices, and have their place of business in a structure that has a sickening stench.

I have had an antique mantel clock at House of Time for repair. the first repair, with major costs, did not resolve the problem. I took it back and got a very poor repair with another problem cropping up. I'm not going back even though it's covered under warranty.

Merchant dice was not fixed right owner used profanity and vulgar language do not every in your life take something there to get fixed i will never go here ever agian spread the word!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will echo the other reviewer's opinion:  House of Time is terrible.  I took my watch in for repair for a cracked crystal and was told that it would be fixed in 2-3 weeks.  It ended up taking them 3 months.  It took them 2 months just to figure out that they couldn't fix it and would have to send it to the manufacturer, and that was only with me calling to check on status.  Had I not called every now and then to check in, I have no doubt that it would still be sitting in a corner untouched.  The only thing that matches their lack of watch expertise, is their lack of customer service.  I was lied to multiple times, forgotten about, and told every excuse in the book as to why my watch took so long to repair.  I would strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
