Story

House Rock Kitchen is a fast casual, from scratch, healthy, fun option in Buena Vista, Colorado. With an open kitchen, full bar, friendly staff and great tunes, the atmosphere promises to be a truly positive, energetic experience.

We will be serving sandwiches, burritos, hamburgers, soups, and bowls. We have great sides to compliment each meal such as brown rice, seasonal veggies, fries, salads, our HRK Super Slaw, and much more. We also have a great kids and dessert menu! All our meat is grass fed, Colorado sourced, and all our food will be refined sugar, soy, and peanut free (even our desserts!). Vegetarians, Carnetarians, Paleo, Vegans, Gluten Free, and Dairy Free will all find plenty of choices here.

Our beer taps are going to be pouring out the best beer Chaffee County and the rest of Colorado has to offer. Stay tuned for our Mug Club offer: $50 will get you your own mug for a year. The mug gets you $1 off drafts, and doubles for the price of singles mixed drinks. Our wine selection is well rounded and priced right. All mixed drinks will be made with Kombucha. Not familiar with Kombucha? You will be, because we will be the first restaurant around to feature at least 4 different flavors on tap! We will be THE place to go for take-away. To make things as quick and easy for our customers as possible, we will be offering online ordering. Simply create an account through our online ordering link on our website or Facebook page, enter you credit card of choice, and you're all set up! You will then have an app on your phone or homepage containing our menu to order from. No need to re-enter all your information every time you order, it will be securely stored on your app. Once you've ordered, you will receive a message telling you when your order will be ready. When you come in, there's no need to wait in line. Simply walk up to the counter, pick up your order, and head on out! You can even place an order in the morning, request a pickup time in the afternoon, and we'll have it waiting for you.

At House Rock Kitchen, we love a good time! And what's a better time in the Colorado mountains than being outside, eating and having a drink? Well, how about a bocce and badminton court to play on while you do it? (yea, it's gonna be awesome). Plans also include an outside bar, great seating options, and an area for games that will entertain both the young and old.

House Rock Kitchen incorporates the ideals and energy of its owners. We love Buena Vista, and we think it deserves the best in everything. We've listened to the community, and have tried our best to make this space as welcoming and accommodating as possible. We are always interested in hearing new ideas, so please don't be shy telling us yours.
