The service leaves alot to be desired. It is always crowded and slow moving. The staff appears overworked.

Building was locked due to HEAP office being closed. Made no sense being that there are multiple agencies in that building.

Services are helpful but wait times are TERRIBLE and staff at the window are rude. Parking is also an issue and will cost at least  $5.
