I will never go to this hospital again. Took my son to the ER because of dizziness and pain in back of his head. The ER doctor was very unprofessional. He barely assessed my son and then tells me that he can do a ct scan and bloodwork if we want but it won't show anything and then suggests that my son needs to obtain a primary doctor and see him. Wait, what?? He made us feel like complete idiots for coming to the ER especially my son. He totally made him feel embarrassed. Even the nurses apologized for his nonsense. I will never go there again.

I recently had surgery at this hospital and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so caring and made sure I was comfortable. They take many precautions to make sure you are safe in anyway. I would definitely recommend this hospital!

If I could give negative stars I would. This hospitals only saving grace is it’s nurses. The nursing staff on the third floor was excellent. However, had to wait forever in the emergency room. Had to wait forever for room service, sometimes two hours. The doctors were the most incompetent individuals I have ever had to deal with. These jack wagons couldn’t agree on how to treat me, wouldn’t give me a plan, just drugged me up and sent me home.

Today I had a tonsillectomy at this campus. Not only did I have an amazing surgeon, but the hospital staff was great as well. The people who help when you check in on the second floor are so nice and compassionate. I wish I knew the name of the man who helped. Next, the nurses and anesthesiologist were nice and helpful. Always answering any questions I had without hesitation. Even in recovery and discharge they had great attitudes and manners. They even keep my mom up to date on everything while she was in the waiting room. She was extremely concerned because this was my first "major" surgery and I have type 1 diabetes. I would easily recommend Dr. Shen and this hospital for any procedure. (Though I have been to their ER a few years ago and didn't have a good experience)

My 91 year old mother was in there due to her being unable to breath due to a lung issue. She was there for several days and had 7 doctors but none could give us a diagnosis. She was sent home today during a ice and snow storm in Houston with no medicine or any way to get any from a pharmacy due to the weather. By the time she got home she could not properly breath and did not have any 02 or inhalers to relieve the problem. This is totally wrong and neglectful and a formal complaint will be filed. Very passed off, Dr. Newsom ( her daughter)
