As this mall may have some of the better stores and franchises, the prices are unusually high for an outlet mall, and holy heck, the lack of shelter! In the summer, the place is extremely hot and not enough shelter during the rain. I've experienced this once before: Casually shopping at the mall, but then all of a sudden it begins to rain, and the only shelter, even with the few overhead roofs, is inside of a store or the food court. My cousins and I had to take shelter in the food court for an hour because the roofs outside did nothing to help.

Outdoor malls are never a great idea in a climate like this. However, there is enough shade that even I can deal. Plenty of stores to choose from- high end, low end, mid-range, etc. A yummy smelling taco cart with a line, obligatory Starbucks. The landscaping and parking is plentiful and the times we have been, it hasn't been too crazy busy.

It's a nice place to walk around if you want to stroll with your significant other, but the prices are not the best. It seems that they are marked up to be marked down. Most often, I can find the same prices, if not better, online... from their own website.

Lots of brands available at one place. What else would you want when you are planning a shopping spree. There is a food court too if you are hungry while shopping. So in all a good place to shop

Unless you live close by, I would advise anyone to just stick to your local mall. I think the variety of stores falls short. & most of the stores offer the exact same pricing as the stores in the mall. The food court is just ok... You also have to come on a good weather day being that its basically outdoors. Only reason I come here, is to visit the Kate Spade & Tory Burch stores...
