Dr. Hilliard called me en route and kept me calm while giving me driving directions. They are both compassionate and professional. Thanks to them for getting us through such a tragic event and for going above and beyond.

Thus far I have had the chance to witness some of Dr. Knox best work with the stitches that were placed on my dog Chichi. It was precise neat and clean. They were patient with my dog even though she was aggressive with them. He communicated well with my family to make us feel comfortable and well informed of our situation.

I read through reviews at several vet clinics after we moved here, and this was the only one that really stuck out to me, so I took my dog Daisy there this morning. The staff was friendly, we saw Dr Knox, he gave her a full examination and she stayed pretty calm for the most part, he knew what he was doing. Most places stress me out because they're a little.... Rough with the dogs.... Not as patient. But Dr Knox and his wonderful staff treated Daisy like she was family.... Which I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm picky about who handles Daisy and I can confidently say even she enjoyed her visit to a new vet for once. Safe to say we'll definitely be back to see Dr Knox with Daisy and any dogs we have in the future while we're in Warner Robins!

Dr. Knox is very friendly and worked great with my (admittedly feisty) kitten. He was very understanding and helped us figure what all my kitten would need in the future and an estimate of the cost. On our next visit, we had the older Dr. Hilliard. He was also very understanding and knowledgeable, and remained pleasant even when Montesquieu was viciously trying to get away from her shots. That great service added to their reasonable prices has made them my new family vet. Because the service is so great, I'll be recommending it to any friends that are in need of a vet as well. On a side note, its very cute that they have a little white board in the lobby welcoming all their patients for the day. It's a nice little detail that made my short wait with an impatient kitten just a little more pleasant.

Dr. Hilliard and his staff are the best. I took Bailey there for her first shots at 7wks old. Dr. Hilliard took the time to explain everything that was needed for Bailey to stay healthy. He didn't rush and I appreciate the hospitality that they have as a staff. They called this morning to remind me of her next appointment. Didn't expect that on a Saturday morning, but I'm so grateful they did.🐶❤
