Cody helped us with choosing an Equinox and it was a great experience. He was the best car salesman we have ever worked with! No pressure and he knew all about the Equinox and the best part was he was so excited about the car and loved showing us all the features in a way we could easily understand.

I love my new car, however was not very impressed with the staff. Sales agent did not seemed enthused about having to show me cars or very knowledgeable about the car that I purchased. I asked about a 2018 version of the 2017 vehicle that I was looking at and was told there was not one. Went to the lot after they had closed and found a 2018 of the same vehicle I had asked about. Brought it up to the sales agent and he said that he didn't know they had one. He told me he would run the numbers on the 2018 and called back afterwards and said he ran the numbers and said that I was better with the 2017 but when I came up there was offered no proof of that. After I purchased the vehicle, was not told about any of the features or how to activate the wifi, or about any of the other features about the car. Didn't feel very comfortable with the process. But I love the car that I bought and I got an amazing deal on the car as well :)

I went to the service department to have them put nitrogen (Chevy recommended) in one tire, The service manager told me they didn't have nitrogen anymore, but they could put air in the tire. I told them I had an air compressor, but if they could do it faster than me (kidding) go ahead. He told me it would be an HOUR. To put air in one tire? I took time from work to have nitrogen added. Incredible. I'm driving to Greenville from now on for warranty work.

Do not do business with these crooks! This dealership has the worst customer service and service manager around! No wonder why they keep having to change their business name! The only one that knows what they're doing there is Chris in the service department who is a totally awesome guy who deserves a huge raise!!! They charged me $110 diagnostic fee for nothing! I told them I smelled oil and they told me my oil filter was leaking which they replaced because I was there for a oil change in the first place! I even offered to pay half of their diagnostic fee although it was ridiculous but the service manager is a di€k and wouldn't discount it a bit- knowing he was ripping me off! Obviously these crooks need the $ more than a single mother does!

Salesman Derrick was a wonderful salesman and Dominique went above and beyond to get the deal on my new 2018 Silverado truck as close as he could. Thanks and have a Merry Christmas
