The court system has tied a few words regarding a wonderful mom that for 8 years drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to work one way. She decides to move closer to work as a result of no help from the father whom lives with his mom and has paid $0 in support going on 1 and a half years through a divorce. The words of the court award the mom custody of the child stating the court is "very reluctant" in doing so. I am so appalled of these words. A wonderful mom has been trashed in the court system through lies of someone who will live a lie to get by. Judge Hopkins you should be ashamed to allow a party to be a half hour late and then determine such words to a mother in only 30 minutes of a court hearing. Seek first to understand. I expect the next time you disregard any previous thoughts of a wonderful mom that has done everything in regards of the well being of her son. The court also rules the mom provide ALL transportation for parenting time. How sick are you judge Hopkins. I will certainly be on my "A" game to understand you clarity on this matter.

USA Best Country in the World:
1860s slavery was abolished, 1920s women's voting rights established, somewhere in the 1950s-1970s segregation became outlawed, 2015 same-sex marriage recognized.

Now to Kokomo Indiana:

Small town culture, no consideration for logic, appaling lack of organization, everyone knows everyone, and embracing extreme sterotypes is what you will experience.

It does not matter how much representation you have or how plainly obvious a party is in the wrong, you will first be judged on your race and sex.

It's well known and accepted by the town as "the way it is there".  

Seven years and counting, taking a beating for basic rights here, and still see no progress makes this the least American place in this country in my opinion. I would not be proud to say I work there.

For people that were unlucky to have been tricked into changing venues to this place be prepared.
