I made two reservations on the 9/02 @ 9/03/17. At first the front desk agent seem lost. He could not find both the reservations. We explain that it was done on the website. We had a service dog with license and vest and he said he was making an exception and by law the dog can stay at any hotel. Then the rooms were given to us were disgusting. One room had semen on the bed cover and smells in the room was misty like humidity. The room was nothing like the pictures on the website. We went back and asked to change the rooms to newer rooms and he wanted to change us an extra fee. He gave us a key to a remodeled room and to a regular room. The remodeled room smell like strong print and the other one was horrible and the fire alarm was missing and all the cables were out. We went back to cancel our reservations and he became rude with us. He didn't believe what we said about the semen on the bed cover and he send room service to check the room, and they were in flip flops and tees. Then we had to show them the room and he believed them. He never apologize for not believing us and the treatment towards us. We asked to cancel and said he could not do it. Then he told me to called the company I made the reservations though and I did. They called him he left them waiting on the phone. When he finally answered the phone he said no I cannot do that. And he tried to ignore me and that's went things heated. And the end he gave me a cancellation letter but didn't what to give me his name. I will never stay at this place and don't recommend it to everyone.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was nice to be included in the price. The breakfast area was very small and crowded.

Upon arriving the key did not work. I had to wait for Someone to come with another key. Walk in the room and it was decent for the price . Had a bit of a smell. So i cleaned the room down guess i was housekeeping for the moment. After settling in. I went to my car to get something and was harassed by nasty ass truck driving perverts lurking out their rooms having a smoke and beers. I quickly went back in my room. Shortly after someone was knocking on my room door looking for someone she stated. During the night i must have woken 3x atleast to a room that had a/c on but was stuffy and hot. The pool was dirty with grass on the bottom of the pool. And breakfast could have been better. They need to either sell the place or get some serious updates going. The place could have more potential.

This is a nasty and dirty hotel. We found semen on the blanket and a cockroach in the bathroom. After our complain, they changed the blankets, but the replacement still looked old and dirty. The breakfast was terrible! This hotel totally lacks hygiene. This hotel should be closed by the city. A total health hazard.

The room was cozy, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and easy to find. Definitely going to stay with them again.
