Drove from Shelton to get my custom made silk shirts cleaned by the best I could find by searching online (I thought).  The price was over $21 to clean two silk shirts and a blazer. I told them no rush as I wouldn't be back for a week or two. When I went to pick them up, I'm glad I inspected them before I left because one button was broken and another was missing on one of my brand new shirts. The lady kindly offered to fix it on the spot and was very creative in moving one of the cuff buttons to the front so the two cuff buttons would match.  Nonetheless, I couldn't help but think how upset I'd be if I had driven all the way back to Shelton before noticing (I don't get to Oly much). For the price they should at least briefly inspect the pieces out of the machine before bagging (and again it was not a rush job.)  I probably won't go back, mostly because of the distance and cost. If I lived closer I might have given it another shot.  The actual cleaning job was good and they were good about fixing the issue immediately.

After learning Brenda is no longer employed here I will not be returning. It's a circus, or a zoo now! She was the only knowledgeable and professional lady there! Always made you feel important and always had a "perfect" day ☹️ When my wife informed me she was gone we made the decision to go elsewhere

After recently being informed that your, in my opinion, (and I'm sure many others), ONLY competent employee has been let go, I am sorry to say that I willl be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Brenda is an amazing worker who knows how to treat a customer. She was the only thing keeping me here because, to anyone, it's obvious that your remaining staff and the general cleanliness of staff and business is lacking. I will not be referring my colleagues to your business anymore either. Without the only competent employee, I no longer trust my clothes at your business and I will let my colleagues be aware of that as well. To the owner, there is nothing you can say or do.
