We paid for parking in their location near Chaplin’s and the receipt didn’t print and no one answered the call button. We were stuck in the garage a full twenty minutes until someone finally answered. DO NOT recommend parking with this company unless you want your car stuck in a garage.

We were trapped in this parking lot for an hour after we got a reservation through parkingPanda which authorized the transaction despite the garage being closed. While that’s on parkingPanda and not a colonial parking issue, the attitude and blatant disrespect from the people on the other side of the help line IS a Colonial parking issue. We had to call three separate times to get any helpful answer. Ultimately all we needed was to lift the bar on the opposite side of the parking lot, which for whatever reason was met with a tone of pure disgust. We were hung up on TWICE after they deemed our problem a non-issue, had to go to police and across the street to the Giant Stop & Shop which had the SWEETEST attendant working the floor, idek what her name was but she was the most helpful just to have them tell us that it is, indeed, something that Colonial parking should be able to help us with. Easily the most stress-inducing interaction I have had in a long time.

They will charge you $30 after going to giant for 20 min if you can’t find your tickets. They won’t try to check when you arrived or that you have a giant receipt, they’ll just hang up on you

Got stuck in the garage because the the ticket reader wasn't working, even though the ticket had been validated. Cars lined up all with the same problem. No help from anyone. Total joke!

Could not enter garage after 10pm to get car out. You must enter thru hotel
