Bought Stihl HT103 Pole Saw as Christmas present. Used December 26 -27. Saw was left with Howard Brothers Dec 30 for repair. Week after week, checked with service dept. on readiness. Always same story, parts ordered or parts are in and now need installation. Just learned that even though I called on the 24th a month later, the parts were not ordered until Jan 25 and device will not be available for at least another week. Also...the store personnel advised of issues with the saw prior to purchase (to their credit), they were right. The saw is not heavy duty, maybe light duty. The service work will not be covered by warranty. Rightfully, the bent blade bar should not be, however I now have a saw I must be very particular with. Not happy with the pole saw or Howard Brother's service level. Does not align with their advertisements or history.

I just love this place! They have just about anything you could think of in here.....including free popcorn daily.

Great little hardware store. Big selection of actual hardware unlike the "big box" store. Friendly staff. Wish they were open a tad longer on week days.

Curious and sweet service. They have movie pop corn with several seasonings for their guest to take with them
