I came to Rob at Hoyer's with a really scary situation - I needed wedding photos recovered from a formatted SD card. From the minute I spoke with him on the phone before I came into the shop, it was evident he was very invested in helping me and concerned about my situation. He was able to run my card that day and was very good about keeping me updated on the situation, which had me on pins and needles - definitely the most nauseating event in my career. The story ends well, and I am left feeling the utmost gratitude for Rob and his persistence to help me. He was truly genuinely kind, understanding, and it meant the world to me knowing he was doing all he could to help. From a financial standpoint, I would have sold a kidney to retrieve these clients' photos, but the bill was shockingly reasonable and I did not feel taken advantage of at all. While I have previously done all of my photography purchases online through large companies, I will now be switching to Hoyer's after such a wonderful customer service experience. There is truly nothing like small town, real human connections and local business support. Thank you, thank you, thank you Hoyer's for such caring treatment! Looking forward to coming back for many years!

Unbelievable customer service and photo restoration. After the unexpected passing of my father we had to have a photo of him restored and very little time to do it. Hoyer's did a magnificent overnight restoration for us. My whole family cannot thank the staff here enough for their hard work and kind words during this time.

An absolute five-star experience with Rob. He eased so many concerns and questions that countless of Internet searches failed to do. I was very impressed by the professional atmosphere, along with the small-business touch that is both charming and personal. And the customer service didn't just end at the sale - I was encouraged to come back, call, or email anytime with any questions or concerns. Needless to say, I cannot wait to go back to Hoyer's for my DSLR intro class. Thank you Hoyer's for the pleasure of doing business!
