If using this company, do not allow Ryan Becker to step foot in your home. Worst project manager ever! Doesn’t follow through, doesn’t stay true to his word, blames other workers, no eye for quality, doesn’t care, takes absolutely no responsibility nor accountability for shoddy work, and takes forever to complete the job. I had to fire him and ask for the big managers to complete the job. Thankfully they completed everything in 8 days what Ryan couldn’t accomplish in 8 months.

From start to finish, they did a wonderful job with my home. Everyone was friendly, helpful, informative and did their utmost to make sure all the repairs took place as they were supposed to. Communication was excellent and I am 100% pleased with everything they did. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Special thanks to Steve for everything he did to make sure everything went right.

One of your guys was not only flipping off people on the highway for not moving over for him he was doing over 90 miles an hour and almost hit my car and is now cutting people off and since no one wants to answer their phones I guess its going on your reviews! Get your employees! I used to have a great review but if these are the men you hire I will never think of using you guys again!

What an amazing company! They were so quick to come in and help when we had a mess on our hands from a pipe break! The employees have been so nice and friendly! Highly recommend this company. Thanks just doesnt seem enough! You all have relieved much stress I was having.

I must admit that I have not used their service & this review will probably be deleted, but I recommend not speeding and texting while driving a company vehicle. If I can’t trust you to be a responsible driver, how can I trust that their work is good or quality?

I have been more stressed out dealing with HRN getting my house fixed Than I was when I was hiding in my basement thinking I was going to die here in Gnadenhutten during that really bad storm that was a whole 8 months ago and the work that should have taken a month or so still isn't done and the work that has been done had been done horribly,I DO NOT recommend them.

Everything was done beautiful, perfect! And I loved the worker. So kind and respectful.  Even had a sense of humor.  Which I loved!

They did a good job redoing my home after my fire but I have had plumbing problems since I have called and not received a call back
