Dr. Chen and her staff are very easy work with. 
Once my father out of emergency room 4 AM and Dr. Chen called me once we got home... Wow 4 AM and she doesn't have to but she likes take care her patient and make sure they feel great.... I don't know how to tell about her. She is the one only Dr I have never meet before and I don't think I will meet another one like her.
Her staff helped fax many information when I need it. Make every thing is very convenient and easy. You don't know how much hassle could saved for every one.
She is my family Doctor and my whole family's Doctor for over 20 years. We stay in happy, health with HER DR. CHEN

this is the worst medical center i have ever been，the attitude is worst

One of the worst doctor's office we went to.  Wait time is always more than 2 hrs, regardless if you have an appointment or not.  Reception staff(Cantonese lady sitting at the very right side when you go into the clinic) is rude and do no care at all.  When we asked her how much longer we needed to wait after 2 hrs and she responded, "I don't know, just wait."  

I am familiar with the broken healthcare system in the US but this is seriously one of the worst offenders out there.
