I agree with another fellow review of Dr. Hsiao’s office. Doctor required multiple blood draws and urine samples after each follow up appointment, with no significant findings. Doctor also referred for expensive tests. Billing department is inconsistent with charging for services and disorganized. Three nurses confronted me and essentially pressured me into paying. No receipts were given. Very disappointed by the operations of this clinic.

Very Impatient doctor. If you seeing him for common cold and flu is fine. But anything complicated, he will ask you to switch doctor. If you like cold and arrogant doctor then his the right doctor for you!
