Story

HT Family Physicians is a top-rated family medicine practice with two locations in the cities of Stockton and Lodi, California. The physician-led private practice provides comprehensive primary care, preventive care, and disease management services to patients in the greater San Joaquin area, as well as the surrounding communities in the California Delta and Sierra foothills.

The caring family physicians, physician assistants, clinical teams, and clerical staff at HT Family Physicians work together to deliver a whole-person approach to healthcare that’s as coordinated and efficient as it is personal. They’re dedicated to providing excellent care to patients throughout the entire spectrum of life, including newborns, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.

Founded in 2000 by Dr. Raissa M. Hill, the practice has since expanded to include Dr. San Tso, Dr. Dylia Pereira-Narvaez, Dr. Clyde Y. Wong, and Dr. Richelle G. Marasigan. Each of the providers at HT Family Physicians is board-certified, highly trained, and skilled in both the early detection and treatment of disease and the maintenance of good health through preventive care.
