The hub is kinda shanty. The floors are usually sticky. On the weekends it's hard to find a spot to sit, specially if you have a party of friends of 3 to 4 or more. The drinks are a little bit above average for the bars in Dubuque. Also the "crowd" that goes there are usually drunk past the point of when they should get "cut off". If you're a male expect that there will be some sort of altercation with another male. Although the bouncers do as good of a job as they can to prevent a fight. Also they kick out "rude" people fairly efficiently. Overall I give this bar about two stars.
