Story

Hudson Bread creates delicious fresh-baked, all-natural breads. Period. The reason our breads taste better is our unique “Naturally Cold Proofed” artisan baking process. Like an excellent gourmet cheese, craft beer or fine wine, our method allows for slower fermentation of leaven, which adds depth and distinctive taste layers to our breads. After all, eating is about two things: nourishment and enjoyment, and we're committed to both.
