I recently went through the most difficult thing I will ever experience in my life. I was going through every emotion that comes with a miscarriage that you had no idea happened.  I was filled with fear, anger, anxiety, confusion and so many other emotions going into the hospital to get an D&C. Dr. Ted Denious was the doctor that performed my procedure, and there are not nearly enough words to express my appreciate and gratitude towards him. Not only is he an amazing doctor, but such a genuine man. I have never experienced such compassion from a doctor or any health care provider than I did with him. To meet him, and see him tear up telling me how sorry he was for our loss showed what true compassion and genuineness looked like in a human being. I will never forget that moment. I will never forget his kindness and the hope he has brought to my Husband and I that we will have our family someday. I truly cannot say enough about him. In addition, the staff from the nurses right down to the anesthesiologist exceeded every expectation I had for being in the situation I was in. People were understanding, kind, and caring. It made the most difficult time in my life a little bit easier. I will never go to another doctor for my fertility needs as long as Dr. Ted is in practice. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kind heart, true compassion, genuine nature and even your phone call the day before my procedure just to talk to me. You are a very special man, and the world would be a better place if they were all like you and your staff!

I went to hhhn 2 years ago and left because my first doc was rushed. I changed to a female there who didn't return calls. One Friday I had dizziness for 5 days and called. She was out. The doc filling in said to go to Albany neuro immediately they would send a referral and I never got a call back to schedule or a referral. I called Monday to find my primary cancelled the referral without talking to me. and she never called me back. 

Today I saw the neuro, primary and case manager and they were a little rushed but really efficient. The "system" of care is complicated and vague. I have a severely painful chronic condition called burning mouth associated with periferal neuropathy which I have. I also have chronic fatigue. Neither docs addressed these and I was not scheduled for the labs I need. 

I felt like they spend minimum time so they can bill medicare.

I love our pediatric dr Catherine delsignore she is so sweet she takes her time with each of my babies, I highly recommend her

Amazing speed and attentive staff. 10/10 would have them remove my Wifes toenails again!!!
