Friendly environment and open until 5pm on Saturdays and 7pm on weekdays. But be sure to carefully check your statements for accuracy of deposits.

My kid just went to the ATM at Adams in Poughkeepsie. Went to withdraw $500 and nothing came out. Meanwhile, the receipt said he took out $500. 6 AM in the morning there is absolutely no one to call. No 24 hour emergency number. No number on the ATM. Very inefficient.

I was on a trip in West Palm Beach and needed to deposit/withdraw money from my HVFCU account. So I called the customer service number back up in Poughkeepsie and the woman on the other line helped me find the nearest credit union to where I was. Then she went beyond the call of duty and also gave me a list of the next closest ones, which proved to be vital since the nearest credit union was very busy. All throughout the call she was very courteous, patient, and seemed dedicated to helping me out. HVFCU is great.
