This is a people centric bank
Although the tellers change frequently the middle management and above is focused on the credit union members. That's what the customers of the bank are called. It seems people matter to this bank.
Some things that I need they can't do, like foreign money transfers but they do 90% of what I need.

I am literally a life time member, and even when I lived away from home and used another bank, they kept my accounts open with as little as 52 cents in them, always accruing interest in checking and savings, and I cannot remember the last time I paid a fee.
